🍫 3-Minute Fudge
A super quick and easy fudge that’s creamy, chocolaty, and perfect for last-minute treats. 🍬
🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter
- ½ cup (120 ml) milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Melt ingredients
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk.
- Stir constantly until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
3️⃣ Boil 1–2 minutes
Once boiling, continue stirring for 1–2 minutes to slightly thicken.
4️⃣ Add chocolate & vanilla
Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in optional nuts.
5️⃣ Set fudge
Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Let cool at room temperature 1–2 hours until firm.
Cut into squares.
🍽️ Tips & Variations
- For peanut butter fudge, replace half the chocolate with peanut butter. 🥜
- Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
