🧾 Ingredients
- 10 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup kernels)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup light corn syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups mini marshmallows

1️⃣ Preheat oven

- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- Pour caramel over popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
4️⃣ Bake
- Spread coated popcorn on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even coating.
5️⃣ Add marshmallows
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows over the hot popcorn.
- Gently stir until marshmallows stick and slightly melt into the caramel.
6️⃣ Cool
Let the popcorn cool completely before breaking into clusters.
