🥔 Classic Baked Potato

🧾 Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Salt (coarse or kosher)

1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
2️⃣ Prepare potatoes
