🧾 Ingredients
- Tortilla chips (about 4 cups)
- 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix)
- ½ cup cooked ground beef, chicken, or beans (optional)
- ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 small jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp sliced olives (optional)
- 2–3 green onions, chopped
- 2–3 tbsp sour cream
- 2–3 tbsp salsa or pico de gallo
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
2️⃣ Layer chips
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
3️⃣ Add toppings
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips. Add cooked meat, beans, tomato, jalapeños, and olives if using.
4️⃣ Bake
