Here’s a simple and crispy Air-Fried Chicken recipe — juicy inside, golden outside 🍗✨.


Ingredients (serves 2–4)

  • 4 chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or wings)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: ½ tsp chili powder or dried herbs for extra flavor

Instructions

1. Prep the chicken

  • Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  • Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
  • Mix spices together and coat the chicken evenly.

2. Preheat the air fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.

3. Cook the chicken

  • Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
  • Cook 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F).

4. Serve

  • Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with coleslaw, roasted veggies, or dipping sauces.

💡 Tips

  • For extra crispy skin, pat chicken dry and spray lightly with oil before cooking.
  • Adjust cooking time based on size of pieces — larger thighs may need 25–30 minutes.
  • Leftover air-fried chicken reheats well in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes.
