Tortilla wraps with ground beef

Here’s a simple and delicious tortilla wraps with ground beef recipe 🌯🥩

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ¼ cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or any sauce you like

Instructions

1. Cook the beef

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Warm the tortillas

Heat the tortillas in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds on each side so they become soft.

3. Assemble the wraps

  1. Place a tortilla on a plate.
  2. Add a layer of cooked ground beef.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise or sauce.

4. Wrap

  • Fold the bottom up.
  • Fold both sides inward.
  • Roll tightly into a wrap.

5. Optional step

Lightly toast the wrap in a pan for 1–2 minutes for a crispy outside.
