Shepherd’s Pie is a classic comfort dish made with ground meat and vegetables topped with mashed potatoes and baked until golden.

- Boil potatoes
Cook potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft. Mash with butter, milk, and salt. - Cook the meat
In a pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground meat and cook until browned. - Add flavor
Stir in tomato paste, vegetables, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs. Simmer 5–10 minutes until slightly thick. - Assemble
Put the meat mixture into a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top. - Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes until the top is golden.
