Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken is an easy dish where chicken cooks slowly in a spicy buffalo sauce until it’s tender enough to shred. It’s great for sandwiches, wraps, rice bowls, or nachos.

  • 2–3 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Β½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
