🥪 Pork Chop Sandwich

A pork chop sandwich is a hearty sandwich made with a seasoned, fried or grilled pork chop served on bread or a bun with toppings and sauce.

  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 sandwich buns or slices of bread

1️⃣ Prepare the Pork Chop

  • Pound pork chops slightly so they cook evenly.

2️⃣ Season & Bread

  1. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl whisk egg and milk.
  3. Dip pork chop in egg mixture, then coat in seasoned flour.

3️⃣ Fry the Pork Chop

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels.

4️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich

  1. Toast the bun lightly.
  2. Spread mayonnaise or mustard.
  3. Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the fried pork chop.
  4. Top with the other half of the bun.
