- 2–4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Crispy Potatoes
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced potatoes in a single layer.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak
- Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over high heat with oil or butter.
- Cook steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference).
- Add garlic and herbs during the last minute and spoon butter over the steak.
- Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
3️⃣ Fry the Eggs
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into the pan.
- Cook sunny-side up or over-easy until the whites set.
- Season with salt and pepper.
