Cheesy Shrimp & Crab Bake Dip is a rich, creamy seafood dip loaded with shrimp, crab, and melted cheese—perfect with crackers, bread, or tortilla chips. 🦐🦀🧀


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or seafood seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional topping:

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Extra green onions or parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix the dip

In a large bowl combine:

  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Old Bay seasoning

Mix until smooth.

3. Add seafood and cheese

Fold in:

  • Shrimp
  • Crab meat
  • Mozzarella
  • Cheddar
  • Green onions

Mix gently so the crab stays chunky.

4. Assemble

Spread mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top if using.

5. Bake

Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

6. Serve

Serve warm with:

  • Crackers
  • Toasted bread slices
  • Tortilla chips
  • Veggie sticks
