Here’s a simple and delicious Garlic Butter Chicken Breast recipe—juicy, flavorful, and ready in about 25 minutes. 🍗🧄🧈


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken

  • If the chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally or pound them slightly so they cook evenly.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and thyme.

2. Sear the chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Make garlic butter

  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
  • Spoon the melted garlic butter over the chicken for 1–2 minutes.

4. Finish

  • Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top.
