Instructions
1. Make the wrappers
- In a bowl, mix flour, egg, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan and pour a thin layer of batter.
- Cook like a thin crepe (about 1 minute). Remove and repeat until batter is finished.
2. Prepare the filling
Mix shredded chicken, chopped boiled eggs, mayonnaise, chili sauce, carrots, salt, and pepper.
3. Fill the risoles
- Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly like a spring roll.
4. Coat
- Dip each roll in beaten egg.
- Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
5. Fry
Heat oil to medium heat and fry the risoles for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve
Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup.
