Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). - Season the turkey
Pat turkey wings dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. - Brown the wings (optional but adds flavor)
Heat butter or oil in a skillet and brown wings for 3–4 minutes per side. - Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth until smooth. - Assemble the dish
- Place sliced onions in a baking dish.
- Arrange turkey wings on top.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the wings.
- Add minced garlic.
- Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 1½ to 2 hours, until the turkey is tender. - Serve
Spoon the creamy mushroom gravy over the wings. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or buttered noodles.
