Posted on March 7, 2026 by Admin

Crispy Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Bombs are a delicious appetizer or main dish—crispy on the outside, with juicy shrimp and melted cheese inside. 🧄🧀🍤

Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare shrimp
Season shrimp lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Prepare dough balls
Cut biscuit or pizza dough into 12 small pieces and flatten each piece.
  4. Fill the bombs
Place one shrimp and a small amount of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece.
Wrap the dough around it and seal to form a ball.
  5. Garlic butter topping
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley.
  6. Bake
Place the balls on the baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle parmesan on top.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve
Serve hot with marinara or garlic sauce for dipping.

💡 Tips

  • Add a small cube of cream cheese for extra creaminess.
  • Air fryer option: cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes if you like a little heat. 🌶️
