🍝 Crockpot Ravioli
A quick and easy comfort meal — cheesy ravioli cooked right in the slow cooker with sauce, no boiling required.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Optional: cooked sausage, ground beef, or vegetables
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep slow cooker
- Lightly spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2️⃣ Layer ingredients
- Spread ½ cup sauce on the bottom.
- Add half of the frozen ravioli.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan, plus half of the garlic.
- Add remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheeses.
- Top with Italian seasoning.
3️⃣ Cook
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Avoid lifting the lid too often — the steam cooks the ravioli.
4️⃣ Serve
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving to thicken slightly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
🌿 Tips & Variations
- Add cooked ground beef, sausage, or sautéed vegetables between layers.
- Swap marinara for Alfredo sauce for a creamy version.
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top and broil 2–3 minutes for a golden crust.
