🍪 Brownie Mix Cookies

🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~18 cookies)
- 1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
Optional add-ins:
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ½ cup M&Ms
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
- 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix dough
- In a bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and oil.
- Stir until smooth.
- Fold in optional add-ins if desired.
3️⃣ Scoop cookies
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
4️⃣ Bake
