- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade: 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper
- 4 cups chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup diced red onion (optional)
- ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips or strips
- ½ cup salsa or taco dressing
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, fresh cilantro
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water; simmer 2–3 minutes until well coated.

- In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion, olives, cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
