🍗 Crock Pot Chicken and Gravy

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 4–6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or cornstarch
- ½ cup heavy cream or milk (optional for creamier gravy)
- Optional: fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, or parsley
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
- Optional: Sear in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.
2️⃣ Add to crock pot
- Place chicken, onion, and garlic in crock pot.
- Pour chicken broth over top.
3️⃣ Cook
