- 1–1.5 lb (450–680 g) pork tenderloin
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, or honey for glaze
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep tenderloin
- Pat pork dry.
- Rub with olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Sear (optional but recommended)
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
3️⃣ Roast
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer seared pork to oven-safe dish.
- Roast 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
4️⃣ Rest & serve
- Let pork rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
