Pork Tenderloin

🥩 Pork Tenderloin (Juicy & Flavorful)

A lean, tender cut of pork that cooks quickly and pairs well with a variety of sauces, herbs, and sides.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1–1.5 lb (450–680 g) pork tenderloin
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, or honey for glaze

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep tenderloin

  • Pat pork dry.
  • Rub with olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Sear (optional but recommended)

  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

3️⃣ Roast

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Transfer seared pork to oven-safe dish.
  • Roast 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

4️⃣ Rest & serve

  • Let pork rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  • Optional: drizzle with balsamic glaze, honey mustard, or pan sauce.

🌿 Tips & Variations

  • Marinate tenderloin 1–2 hours for extra flavor.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fruit chutney.
  • Stuff tenderloin with spinach, cheese, or herbs for a gourmet twist.
  • Can also cook on grill over medium heat 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
