🍗 Chicken Thighs in the Crock-Pot (Tender & Juicy)

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 6–8 boneless or bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for browning)

Sear thighs in a skillet 3–4 minutes per side for deeper flavor.
