🍌 Banana Bread (Super Moist & Easy)

A classic, no-fail loaf that’s soft, flavorful, and perfect for overripe bananas.

🛒 Ingredients (1 Loaf)

  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup melted butter (or oil)
  • ¾ cup sugar (brown sugar = deeper flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: ½ cup walnuts or chocolate chips

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.

2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Mix dry ingredients
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

4️⃣ Combine gently
Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
Do not overmix. Stir in nuts or chocolate if using.

5️⃣ Bake
Pour into pan and bake 55–65 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

6️⃣ Cool
Let cool 10–15 minutes before removing from pan.

🌟 Tips for the Best Texture

  • The darker the bananas, the sweeter the bread.
  • Add ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for extra moisture.
  • Sprinkle a little sugar on top before baking for a crisp crust.
  • Wrap tightly once cooled — it’s even better the next day.

If you want, I can give you:

  • A chocolate banana bread
  • A healthy oat banana bread
  • A bakery-style domed version
  • Or a mini loaf / muffin version

What kind are you in the mood for? 🍌
