🥔 Classic Baked Potato

A simple, fluffy, and versatile side or main dish — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 1–4)

  • 4 medium russet potatoes (best for baking)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt (coarse sea salt works best)
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, bacon bits, butter

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry.
  • Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  • Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  • Place directly on oven rack (or on a baking sheet).
