🛒 Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Glaze:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix gently: Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Don’t overmix (keeps it tender).
- Shape into a loaf and place on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- Bake 45 minutes, then spread glaze on top.
- Bake another 15–25 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
