Quick air fryer garlic bread

Posted on March 2, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a super easy Quick Air Fryer Garlic Bread recipe — crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, ready in minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 1 small baguette or half a loaf of French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Make garlic butter

In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan (if using) until combined.

2. Spread

Spread garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

3. Air fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place bread cut-side up in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry 3–5 minutes until edges are golden and butter is melted.

Tip: Check halfway to prevent burning; cooking time may vary depending on air fryer model.

4. Serve

Slice and serve warm with pasta, soup, or salad.

Tips & Variations

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Sprinkle extra mozzarella or cheddar for cheesy garlic bread.
  • For crispier bread, air fry 1–2 minutes longer, watching closely.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes — still crispy!

If you want, I can also give a super quick mini garlic breadsticks version that cooks in under 5 minutes and is perfect for a snack or appetizer.
