- 1–2 tsp olive oil or butter

1️⃣ Prep the Pork Chop
- Pat the pork chop dry with a paper towel.
- Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2️⃣ Heat the Pan
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
3️⃣ Sear the Pork Chop
- Place pork chop in hot pan.
- Sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
