Here’s a quick, cheesy, street-food style cheeseburger roll up—basically a flattened burger wrapped like a wrap and pan-toasted.

🧾 Ingredients

  • ground beef – 250–300 g
  • onion – 1 small, finely chopped
  • Tortilla wraps or flatbread – 2–3
  • Cheese slices or shredded cheese – 4–6 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Oil or butter – 1 tbsp

👨‍🍳 How to Make It

1. Cook the beef

  • Heat pan with a little oil
  • Add onions and cook until soft
  • Add ground beef, salt, and pepper
  • Cook until browned and fully done
  • Drain extra fat if needed

2. Build the roll

  • Lay tortilla flat
  • Spread ketchup and mustard
  • Add cooked beef mixture
  • Sprinkle cheese generously on top

3. Roll it up

  • Fold sides slightly
  • Roll tightly like a wrap

4. Toast it

  • Heat pan with butter
  • Place roll seam-side down
  • Toast until golden and crispy on all sides
  • Cheese inside should melt
