This is a super simple, budget-friendly dish that’s ready in about 15 minutes.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 2–3 eggs
  • 1–2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1/2 onion (optional, sliced)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🥣 Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
  2. Add onion (if using) and cook until soft
  3. Add cabbage and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender
  4. Push cabbage to one side, crack in the eggs
  5. Scramble eggs, then mix everything together
  6. Season with salt and pepper

  • Garlic or ginger for extra flavor
