A Bundt cake isn’t a specific flavor—it’s defined by its ring-shaped pan. You can make it vanilla, chocolate, lemon, marble… this version is a soft, buttery classic you can customize easily.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups (315g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225g) butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups (350g) sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk or buttermilk

🥣 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Grease your Bundt pan very well (important so it doesn’t stick)

2. Mix Dry

  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

3. Cream Butter & Sugar

  • Beat until light and fluffy

4. Add Eggs & Vanilla

  • Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla

5. Combine

  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk
  • Mix until smooth (don’t overmix)

6. Bake

  • Pour into pan and smooth top
  • Bake 45–55 minutes
  • Toothpick should come out clean

7. Cool & Release

  • Let cool 15–20 minutes
  • Carefully flip out of pan

🍯 Simple Glaze (Optional)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix and drizzle over the cooled cake.

💡 Variations

  • 🍫 Chocolate: replace 1/2 cup flour with cocoa powder
  • 🍋 Lemon: add lemon zest + juice
  • 🍥 Marble: swirl chocolate batter into vanilla
  • 🍓 Strawberry: add strawberry puree

⚠️ Key Tip

Bundt cakes stick easily—grease every corner of the pan (butter + flour works best).
