๐Ÿ› Pav Bhaji kya hoti hai?
Ye mashed vegetable curry (bhaji) hoti hai jo butter mein cook hoti hai, aur uske saath soft buns (pav) serve kiye jate hain โ€” upar se aur butter ๐Ÿ˜„

๐Ÿฅ— Basic ingredients:

  • Aloo, tamatar, matar, shimla mirch
  • Pyaz, adrak, lehsan
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Butter (jitna zyada, utna mazedaar ๐Ÿ˜„)

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Simple banane ka tareeqa:

  1. Sabziyon ko boil karke mash kar lein
  2. Pan mein butter garam karke pyaz + adrak + lehsan bhunein
  3. Tamatar aur masalay daal kar cook karein
  4. Mashed sabzi add karke achi tarah mix karein
  5. Thoda pani daal kar thick gravy banayein

๐Ÿž Pav preparation:

  • Pav ko beech se cut karein
  • Butter mein halka sa toast karein

โœจ Serve karte waqt:

  • Upar butter ka piece ๐Ÿงˆ
  • Hara dhania
  • Lemon slice ๐Ÿ‹
  • Saath mein pyaz
