Those ingredients work really well together—you’re basically set up for a chicken, bell pepper, olive, and cheese skillet or bake. It’s kind of a Mediterranean-style, low-carb dish.

Here are two easy ways to use them:


🍗 Cheesy Chicken Bell Pepper Skillet

🧾 Ingredients:

  • Cooked or raw chicken (cubed or shredded)
  • Green bell peppers (sliced)
  • Sliced black olives
  • Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil or butter
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, chili flakes, oregano

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook chicken
    • If raw: cook in oil until golden and fully done.
    • If already cooked: just heat it in the pan.
  2. Add peppers
    • Toss in sliced green bell peppers.
    • Cook 3–5 minutes until slightly soft but still a bit crisp.
  3. Add olives & seasoning
    • Stir in black olives, salt, pepper, and spices.
  4. Add cheese
    • Sprinkle cheese on top.
    • Cover the pan for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  5. Serve hot.

🧀 Oven Baked Version (More “casserole” style)

  1. Mix chicken + peppers + olives + seasoning in a baking dish
  2. Top with lots of cheese
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden

🔥 Flavor tips:

  • Add a little soy sauce or hot sauce for extra punch
  • Add onions or mushrooms if you have them
  • A squeeze of lemon at the end makes it brighter
  • Works great in wraps or over rice too
