Instructions

1. Prepare the Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly brush or spray tortillas with olive oil.
  3. For crispy taco shells, fold each tortilla into a taco shape and bake 5–7 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.

2. Add the Filling

  1. Spread 1–2 tbsp of pizza sauce inside each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add meat and vegetables as desired.
  4. Top with a little more cheese and a pinch of oregano or Italian seasoning.

3. Bake or Air-Fry

  • Oven: Place filled tacos on a baking sheet and bake 7–10 minutes until cheese melts and starts to bubble.
  • Air fryer: Cook 5–6 minutes at 375°F (190°C) for a quicker, crispy finish.

4. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh basil or a drizzle of extra pizza sauce.
