Here’s a simple and flavorful recipe for Crockpot Steak Bites—tender, juicy, and perfect for a hands-off meal:

🥩 Crockpot Steak Bites

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2 lbs) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank, cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • ½ cup beef broth or water
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for browning)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Optional sear for flavor
Heat a pan with olive oil and quickly sear the steak cubes on all sides for 2–3 minutes. This step adds extra flavor but isn’t required.
  2. Layer in Crockpot
Place steak cubes, sliced onion, and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
  3. Add sauce
Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika, and beef broth. Pour over the steak.
  4. Cook
    • LOW: 4–6 hours
    • HIGH: 2–3 hours
Cook until steak is tender but not falling apart.
  5. Optional thickening
For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 1–2 tbsp water and stir in during the last 15–20 minutes of cooking.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles
  • Top with fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or a green salad

🔥 Tips:

  • Choose a tender cut like sirloin or ribeye; tougher cuts can get chewy in the Crockpot
  • Don’t overcook—steak bites are best tender, not falling apart like stew meat
  • Add mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor

I can also give you a garlic butter Crockpot steak bites version that’s rich, flavorful, and restaurant-style if you want. Do you want me to share that?
