🥑 Guacamole

A fresh, creamy dip made from ripe avocados—simple, bright, and packed with flavor.


🥑 Ingredients

  • 2–3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (deseeded, chopped)
  • 1–2 green chilies or jalapeños (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1–2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mash avocados
    Cut, remove seed, and scoop into a bowl. Mash to your preferred texture (smooth or chunky).
  2. Mix in everything
    Add onion, tomato, chilies, coriander, and lime juice.
  3. Season
    Add salt and mix gently.
  4. Taste & adjust
    Add more lime, salt, or chili if needed.

🍽️ How to Serve

  • With tortilla chips
  • As a side for tacos, wraps, or grilled meats
  • Spread on sandwiches or burgers

🔥 Tips

  • Use ripe avocados (slightly soft when pressed)
  • Add lime juice early to prevent browning
  • Keep one avocado pit in the bowl (slows browning a bit)
  • Best eaten fresh, but can be stored covered in the fridge for a few hours
