Chili con carne

Chili con carne is a hearty, spicy stew made with ground meat, beans, tomatoes, and chili peppers. It’s perfect for a comforting meal and goes well with rice, bread, or tortilla chips.


🌶 Classic Chili Con Carne Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef (or lamb)

  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes

    Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to release flavors.
  4. Add tomatoes and beans:
    Pour in diced tomatoes, beans, and broth. Mix well.
  5. Simmer:
    Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20–30 minutes until thickened. Stir occasionally.
  6. Serve:
    Garnish with fresh coriander, cheese, or sour cream. Serve with rice, bread, or tortilla chips.
