Here’s a soft, buttery, and garlicky Garlic Breadsticks recipe—perfect as a side or snack 🥖🧄


🥖 Garlic Breadsticks

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (about 250 g) pizza dough or homemade dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Shape the breadsticks
    Roll dough into a rectangle or rope-like sticks. Cut into 1–2 inch wide strips.
  3. Make garlic butter
    Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush generously over the breadsticks.
  4. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Optional topping
    Sprinkle grated Parmesan over breadsticks while hot.
  6. Serve
    Serve warm with marinara sauce or as a side with pasta or soup.

✨ Tips:

  • For soft breadsticks, don’t overbake.
  • Brush with garlic butter again after baking for extra flavor.
  • Can add a pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika for a spicy twist.
