Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1–2 eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)

Instructions:
- Mix the batter
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. - Form fritters
Shape the mixture into small patties or balls. Optionally, roll them in extra breadcrumbs for extra crunch. - Fry
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry fritters 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. - Drain & serve
