🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, extra strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Blend the base
    In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, milk, sweetener, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add protein
    Add the protein powder and pulse until fully incorporated.
  3. Whip for fluffiness
    Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture for 1–2 minutes until airy and light.
  4. Chill (optional)
    Refrigerate 15–30 minutes for a thicker, more mousse-like texture.
  5. Serve
    Scoop into a bowl or cup. Top with extra strawberries or crushed graham crackers for the cheesecake vibe.
