Here are some easy and delicious ways to use zucchini (courgette)—light, healthy, and super versatile 🥒✨


🍳 Garlic Sautéed Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: chili flakes or Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add garlic, sauté briefly
  3. Add zucchini and cook 5–7 minutes until tender but not mushy
  4. Season and serve

🧀 Baked Cheesy Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
