🍓 White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

A rich, creamy cheesecake swirled with white chocolate and fresh strawberries — perfect for special occasions or indulgent dessert lovers.


🛒 Ingredients (9-inch springform pan)

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • ½ cup sour cream

Strawberry Swirl / Topping

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.

2️⃣ Make the filling

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Stir in melted white chocolate and sour cream until smooth.

3️⃣ Prepare strawberry swirl

  1. Combine chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Puree slightly if you want a smoother swirl.

4️⃣ Assemble & bake

  1. Pour cheesecake filling over crust.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry mixture on top.
  3. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer.
  4. Bake 55–65 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool in oven with door slightly open 1 hour.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth texture.
  • Don’t overmix after adding eggs to prevent cracks.
  • Optional: top with sliced fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings before serving.
