Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled

1️⃣ Make the crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
2️⃣ Make the filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Stir in melted white chocolate and sour cream until smooth.
3️⃣ Prepare strawberry swirl
- Combine chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Puree slightly if you want a smoother swirl.
4️⃣ Assemble & bake
- Pour cheesecake filling over crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of strawberry mixture on top.
- Swirl gently with a knife or skewer.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.

- Chill at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
