Posted on February 24, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a rich, creamy White Chocolate Caramel Fudge recipe — smooth, sweet, and perfect for gifting or holidays 🍬✨

White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

Serves: Makes about 25–36 squares
Time: 15 minutes prep + chilling time

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup soft caramel candies (or thick caramel sauce)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: extra caramel for drizzling on top

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan

Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Melt the Base

In a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-second bursts), combine:

  • White chocolate
  • Sweetened condensed milk

Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.

3️⃣ Add Flavor

Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.

4️⃣ Swirl the Caramel

Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Drop spoonfuls of caramel over the top.
Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect.

5️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate 2–3 hours until fully set.

6️⃣ Slice & Serve

Lift out using parchment and cut into squares.

Tips

  • For firmer fudge, chill overnight.
  • Add chopped pecans for crunch.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a salted caramel version.
  • Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

If you’d like, I can also give you a 3-ingredient shortcut version or a no-bake microwave-only method.
