🧾 Ingredients (serves 4)

For the chicken:

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon

For the glazed baby potatoes:

  • 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

1️⃣ Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Prepare chicken

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub mixture all over the chicken.

3️⃣ Prepare potatoes

  • In a separate bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Assemble on a baking sheet

  • Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up on a large sheet pan.
  • Spread potatoes around the chicken in a single layer.

5️⃣ Roast
