Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3–4 tbsp mayonnaise, sour cream, or salsa
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

1. Cook the Ground Beef

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Cook 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.

2. Warm the Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds so they’re soft and easy to roll.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  1. Spread sauce on the tortilla.
  2. Add cooked ground beef.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese.
  4. Add lettuce and diced tomato.

4. Wrap

  • Fold the sides inward and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.

5. Optional Toast

  • Place the wrap in a skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until slightly crispy and the cheese melts.
