Say less 🌯🔥—here’s a quick, flavor-packed tortilla wrap with ground beef that works for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 1½ tbsp homemade)
  • ¼ cup water
  • Flour tortillas (soft taco or burrito size)

Toppings (mix & match):

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend)
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Salsa or hot sauce
  • Avocado or guacamole

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat with oil and onion. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in seasoning + water, simmer 3–5 minutes until saucy.
  4. Warm tortillas (pan or microwave).
  5. Assemble wraps: beef + toppings.
  6. Roll up and eat—or toast seam-side down for a crispy wrap.

Make It Extra Good

  • Add rice or seasoned fries inside for a loaded wrap
  • Sprinkle cheese in the pan, place wrap on top, and grill until golden 😮‍💨
  • Swap ground beef for ground turkey or spicy beef

Flavor Twists

  • Tex-Mex: taco beef + corn + black beans
  • Mediterranean: beef + tzatziki + cucumber + tomato
  • Cheeseburger wrap: beef + cheddar + pickles + special sauce
