Here’s a simple, creamy, weeknight-friendly tortellini recipe 🍝✨


🍝 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Tortellini

🧾 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Β½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • ΒΎ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional but great)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

1. Cook the Tortellini

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook tortellini according to package directions (usually 3–5 minutes).
Drain and set aside.

2. Build the Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat:

  • Add olive oil and butter.
  • SautΓ© garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in broth and cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.

3. Make It Creamy

Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

4. Finish

Add cooked tortellini and spinach.
Toss gently until coated and spinach wilts (1–2 minutes).

Serve immediately.
