Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies (optional extra heat)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional toppings: sliced jalapeƱos, chopped green onions, sour cream

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, sautĆ© onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water (per seasoning packet instructions).

  • Lower heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • Mix in Rotel, green chilies, and half of the shredded cheddar & mozzarella.

  • Cook 5–7 minutes until everything is hot and melted together.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, top with remaining cheese, jalapeƱos, or green onions.
