  3. Roll into 1–1½ inch meatballs.
  4. Heat butter/oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown meatballs in batches until golden; remove and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter for gravy. Whisk in flour; cook 1 minute.
  7. Slowly whisk in beef broth until smooth.
  8. Stir in cream and Worcestershire; simmer until thickened.
  9. Return meatballs to skillet and simmer 10 minutes, until cooked through.
  10. Taste and adjust seasoning.

🍽️ Serving Ideas

  • Mashed potatoes (classic)
  • Egg noodles
  • Rice
  • With lingonberry jam or cranberry sauce (trust me)

🌟 Tips & Variations

  • Baked meatballs: Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, then add to gravy.
  • Lighter: Use half-and-half instead of cream.
  • IKEA-style: Add 1 tsp Dijon mustard to the gravy.

Cozy, creamy, and dangerously easy to keep eating 😄
