🛒 Ingredients

1️⃣ Make the crust

- Press into tart pan. Chill 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
2️⃣ Make pastry cream
- Heat milk until steaming.
- Whisk yolks, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Slowly pour warm milk into egg mixture while whisking.
- Return to heat and cook until thick.
- Stir in vanilla. Cool fully before using.
3️⃣ Assemble
- Spread cooled pastry cream into tart shell.
- Arrange strawberries tightly on top.
- Warm apricot jam and brush over strawberries for shine.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
