Strawberry cheesecake protein fluff

Posted on February 13, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a light and airy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff — perfect as a dessert or high-protein snack.

🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed if frozen)
  • ½ cup low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½–1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 20–25 g)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: fresh strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep Strawberries

  1. Wash and hull strawberries.
  2. Puree half of the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.

2️⃣ Mix Base

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.

3️⃣ Fold in Strawberries

  1. Fold the pureed strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Chop remaining strawberries into small pieces and gently fold them in for texture.

4️⃣ Whip

  • Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture 1–2 minutes to make it light and fluffy.

5️⃣ Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow it to set slightly.
  • Serve in cups or bowls, topped with fresh strawberries.

Tips & Variations

  • Lower sugar: Use stevia or monk fruit instead of honey or maple syrup.
  • Extra fluff: Fold in ¼ cup whipped cream or aquafaba for a lighter texture.
  • Flavor twist: Add a teaspoon of lemon zest for a bright cheesecake flavor.
  • Make it layered: Alternate strawberry puree and protein fluff in a glass for a parfait-style dessert.

If you want, I can also give a microwave or single-serving version that whips up in 5 minutes for a quick protein snack.

Do you want me to provide that version?
