Strawberry cheesecake protein fluff

Posted on January 20, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a Light & Fluffy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluffβ€”a low-calorie, high-protein dessert that tastes indulgent πŸ“πŸ°

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff (Serves 1–2)

Ingredients

  • Β½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt (or Skyr for extra protein)
  • 1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla or cheesecake-flavored protein powder
  • ΒΌ cup strawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for tang)
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener (stevia, honey, or maple syrup)
  • 2–3 tbsp whipped aquafaba or heavy cream, for extra fluff (optional)

Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, extra strawberries, sugar-free chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries
    • Mash half of the strawberries lightly with a fork.
    • Keep the rest for topping.
  2. Mix base
    • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, lemon juice, and mashed strawberries.
    • Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add fluff (optional)
    • Gently fold in whipped aquafaba or whipped cream for extra lightness.
  4. Assemble & chill
    • Spoon mixture into a serving dish.
    • Top with remaining strawberries and optional graham cracker crumbs.
    • Chill 10–15 minutes for best texture.
  5. Serve
    • Enjoy immediately as a light dessert or snack.

Tips

  • Use chilled Greek yogurt for naturally thicker fluff.
  • Fold in whipped aquafaba or cream gently to keep it airy.
  • Can double or triple recipe for meal prep or dessert cups.

Variations

  • Mixed berry: Swap strawberries for blueberries or raspberries
  • Chocolate swirl: Fold in 1 tsp cocoa powder or sugar-free chocolate chips
  • No-dairy: Use plant-based yogurt and coconut cream

I can also give a ready-in-5-minutes version with no-whipping required that still tastes like cheesecake fluff.

Do you want me to do that?
